Privacy Policy

When you visit the catalog without signing in, we may collect the following data:

• IP address: our hosting provider uses it to deliver the page and to derive your approximate location (city, state or region, country and approximate coordinates). We store only that approximate location in our database; we do not store your full IP address.
• Device type: category (mobile, tablet or computer) and operating system, taken from your browser’s user agent.
• Pages viewed: the catalog page you open, the date and time of the visit and, if you arrived from another site, that site’s name (for example, a link shared on WhatsApp).
• Cookies and session storage: small pieces of data saved in your browser, described in section 4.

This data does not include your name, email address or phone number, and we do not use it to identify you personally or to build advertising profiles.

• Website performance: detecting errors, measuring load times and making sure the catalog works well on every device.
• Product interest analytics: understanding how many people visit the catalog, from which regions and through which channels, so we can improve our offering, availability and delivery coverage.
• Security: preventing abuse and protecting the platform. Sign-in attempts to our internal system are logged with their approximate location to detect unauthorized access.

• Consent for catalog analytics: we only record your visit if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice. You can withdraw it at any time (section 7).
• Legitimate interest for platform security and the basic technical operation of the site.

We use your browser’s local storage (localStorage), which works like cookies:

• Essential (always on): the contents of your quote cart and your cookie preference. The site cannot work properly without them.
• Analytics (only with your consent): a random, anonymous identifier that lets us count unique visitors without knowing who you are. If you reject non-essential cookies, this identifier is deleted and your visits are not recorded.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Visit and sign-in attempt records are automatically deleted after 180 days. Essential data saved in your browser stays there until you clear the site’s data.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. It is processed on our behalf only by the providers that run the site:

• Vercel (web hosting), which processes your IP address to deliver the page and derive your approximate location.
• Supabase (database), where the records described in this policy are stored.

If you use the WhatsApp quote buttons, you will leave our site and WhatsApp’s privacy policy will apply.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent. Because we do not store data that directly identifies you, we may need additional information to locate your records.
